I couldn't open any folders on my computer today with a double click. Instead, a search window would open. A registry setting somewhere got messed up sometime between last night and this morning. Luckily, I stumbled across a script that fixes the problem, but for the first half of the day I was going mad trying to do system restores and regedits.
I got my free sample of 4 MC9S08QG8CPBE chips today. I'm less excited by the chips than by the fact that I GOT MAIL!!!!
I used to live on the second floor. I now live on the first floor. After two years of being able to look out on the world, I now can't stand to have the shades open because I'm scared that someone will just walk up and look in on whatever I am or am not doing. And all the smokers like to stand right outside my window, which is going to be rather unpleasant when it gets colder and I want to open my window.
