December 7 is a day that lives on in infamy more for it’s name than it’s date. Many people who read this were not around when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. Instead it has been said that the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 is my generation’s Pearl Harbor. But there is one thing my friends and I know for sure: despite how genius the Japanese attack plan was, it was one of the dumbest things they ever did.

thank you for the advice…im just a big baby…and seeing as fessing up hasnt exactly worked the best for me in the past, i think im just going to stay sad and lonley and whiny…maybe after the holidays i will get a little bit more confidence and courage…

Attacking Pearl Harbor was definitely a boneheaded move by the Japanese. Like you said they put together a work of genius in their plan of attack but it was still a boneheaded move. Of course if we had not felt so secure and had listened to our intelligence agencies then thier plan would not have worked out so well.
