It snowed today! It was lots of fun to drive on, too, as long as the roads stayed somewhat empty. I love how bad weather only hits this town when class is not in session. It’s like there’s a protective bubble around it that gets turned off when weather won’t help me skip class. But at least I got some snow, seeing as how I missed out on the batch from last Thanksgiving, and the stuff a week after Christmas disappeared after 4 hours.
I know it was mean springing a Shoutout Sunday on Frass like that, but I did get one extra post out of her. I’m still working on scanning pictures into the computer. I got all of my Eagle Project and Ceremony pictures in, but I’ve still got 2 full albums to go through, and I’m horribly slow at this (meaning I forget to put new pictures on).
I trust everyone is keeping themselves safe and warm. On that note, I’ve some advice on what I think is the best way to stay warm: cuddle. And not just with a significant other. Grab a few friends, get everyone under a blanket, and watch movies. It’s also a great way to pass the time. If the power is out, have someone read a book to everyone, or tell stories, like Most Embarrassing Moments. Alternatively, if everyone is warm, my greatest comfort is using other people as pillows. Stomachs work great for this, because they have few bones to get in the way. A little more than a week ago, I managed to realize one of my greatest fantasies. No, not the one where I have to tell singers to be quieter, the other one. Where a group of people sleeps in a circle, with our heads on each other’s stomachs. It was great, and a major thanks for the aforementioned and our good friend.
By the way, Sean, I hope that this amount of formatting is better for you. I tried to do a bit, but headings aren’t my thing, nor are lists.

Driving around here in Salina was fun also. I am heading towards Manhattan tomorrow morning. I will give you a call when I am in town or getting close.
People are always afraid it seems to let me rest my head on their belly pillowlike.
I did discover that standing out in the open so the wind is really hitting you is not a good way to stay warm. It is very peaceful though.
Thanks, Dr. C
But don’t do it for me… do it because it’s the right thing to do
