  • Commenting

Do you ever feel like you just don't have anything to say?  I used to comment on about half of the posts I read.  These days I rarely even visit 10% of the pages, let alone comment on them.  I've cut back on my subscriptions list to get rid of the people who posted often but never really made me think.  That list of subscriptions to the left?  That list is just what I think that everyone on Xanga should be reading.  You'll find most of the employees of Xanga are on that list - those people keep everything here working, and they're pretty interesting, also.  There are 250 weblogs that I subscribe to.  However, most are dormant accounts of people I know from the RW.  I cut about 50 accounts that didn't interest me but did post a few times a week.

You know, for not having much to say, that was a long paragraph.  I am mostly caught up on homework (at least through tomorrow afternoon) at the moment, and a weekend is drawing near.  I did manage to record one of the K-State Singer's shows, and when I finish reading the book for English, I think I'll work on breaking that down into individual songs instead of one long deal.

  • I definitely read that first paragraph and suspiciously headed over to my subscribers list haha

I have quite a few days when I read post after post and don't have anything to say to anyone. Maybe it's me, maybe it's them. Lately I've been finding I haven't been that inspired to write either. I'll come up with a great idea to write a post about, and then when it comes to sitting infront of the computer I just lose the passion. It comes out really bland. Back to the drawing board, scrap that...

do you have a reading break or does your school work the whole way through?

  • Not only do I agree whole-heartedly about seldom commenting on anyone's posts...I'm amazed at your number of subscriptions.  The number of subscriptions you culled is about equal to the max number I've ever had.

I must admit that your question confuses me.  I have breaks in between some classes, and others come one right after the other.  We have some days off, but there is very little emphasis placed on reading.  Generally time spent in class does not involve reading because someone is talking the entire time.

  • there's only like two people i subscribe to that even post anymore.. most of my friends moved on to facebook/myspace and left xanga behind.  :(

  • Reading break... I think some schools call it spring break?

  • yes.  I have many dormant...but I am not as tech savy...so they sit.  Sometimes people come back and comment once in a while.  Hmm.

so check out my poem from yesterday...I liked it. How about you?  Comment, please?

We have a spring break, but I'll be wasting that time in Disney Someplace with the K-State Singers.  I'll have 2 free days to get stuff taken care of back home, including a summer job if I don't have that figured out by then.
